EDIT: Improved the skin and used better camera angle for the preview, also removed the WIP status.

A skin for the HL2 Citizens. A .rar is available for you to download. It isn't hexed, so it will replace the original citizen_sheet.

This is based on

's design and Valve's original citizen model.

Skin was made using GIMP and VTFEdit, Posed in Garry's Mod.
